Café Festival in Polo

This past Saturday we were able to go to the local Café Festival here in Polo, Barahona.  Many people come from all over the country to participate in its activities held from June 3-5.   The Bassano family, from our home church, helped us hand out some tracts.  We also had some helpers from the church here in Polo.  Brother Moises and Brother Davey, along with 10-15 children helped in the effort.  I believe that we probably handed out close to 400-500 tracts at this Festival.  Please pray that the Lord will deal with the hearts of those that received tracts.  Below are a few pictures taken at the Festival:

There were probably close to 500 people at the Festival.

Eliana with Son-Son (not sure how to spell his name).  This is a little Haitian boy who lives close to the church.  His mother died when he was young and his father is still in Haiti somewhere.  Right now he lives with some Haitians.

Please pray for the church here in Polo, that they would all grow closer to the Lord.  I want to also thank the Bassano family for helping us, it was a true blessing.  Thank you again for all of your prayers and support!
